The WCFab Stage 2 upgrade for 2011-2016 LML 6.6L Duramax combines a Stage 1 High Flow Bundle and Stage 2 Cold Air Intake Kit into a package for increased airflow to your engine for improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool. Eliminates weak points in OEM design contributing to lost power, boost leaks, and complete failures in hard-working and high-performance trucks. Fabricated aluminum intake and air box with dry filter replaces restrictive plastic OEM parts for improved engine power. Significantly increases airflow, producing improved horsepower and torque, quicker throttle response, and cooler intake temps by drawing cold air through the inner fender. Large diameter 4" piping with smooth aerodynamic bends improves intake air velocity. Removable air box lid for easy inspection and maintenance of your WCFab filter. 4.8 in. Cast Aluminum Turbo Intake Horn removes restrictions to improve turbo spool and top-end power. Eliminates factory resonator for improved appearance and more aggressive turbo sound. Compatible with OEM and upgraded drop-in turbos. New Hot Side Intercooler Pipe replaces the OEM two-piece 2.5” pipe with a high flow 3" tube. New Cold Side Intercooler Pipe replaces the factory plastic two-piece pipe with a high flow, 14 ga. aluminum one-piece 3.5" tube. Hardware, silicone boots, seals, and stainless steel t-bolt clamps included for install. A Y-Bridge finishes off the kit. The OEM bridge is a restrictive part creating a bottle neck in the air intake tract that limits engine performance. Includes our high flow upper intake manifold (40% more airflow than stock) and a 20% larger than stock, 3" fabricated aluminum upper crossover pipe to take full advantage of the larger inlet diameter Y-Bridge. Improves total air flow by 33% over stock. Incorporates factory intake air heater for cold weather performance. Compatible with OEM throttle valve and EGR. Finished in your choice of custom colors. No additional modifications or tuning required.
