Some items may not be legal for use on public roads in certain states or jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compliance with all applicable laws.

Acceptance of Terms

Use of this website and placement of any order constitute full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Peter’s Car Parts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Order Acceptance

• Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

• Peter’s Car Parts reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

• Orders may require additional verification before processing.

• Payment is typically captured at the time of purchase.

Peter’s Car Parts is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, or product listing inaccuracies and reserves the right to correct such errors without obligation.

Product Availability & Fulfillment

Products may be:

• In stock

• Drop-shipped

• Special order

• Built-to-order

• Sourced from third-party suppliers

Orders do not always ship the same day. Processing times vary depending on availability and logistics.

Estimated Delivery Times (ETA)

All delivery timelines and ETAs are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

• Supplier or manufacturer delays

• Backorders or production timelines

• International shipping and freight

• Customs clearance and inspections

• Port congestion

• Carrier issues

• Tariffs or regulatory changes

• Weather or global events

Delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or dispute.

Special Order / Built-to-Order / Supplier-Sourced Items (Final Sale Policy)

All special order, built-to-order, custom, made-to-order, imported, supplier-sourced, discontinued, rare, or non-stock items are final sale.

By placing an order for any such item, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances once the order has been placed.

• This policy applies immediately upon order submission, regardless of fulfillment status.

This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:

• Supplier or manufacturer delays

• Backorders or production timelines

• Shipping or freight delays

• Customs, import, or tariff-related delays

• Changes in estimated delivery times

• Change of mind

• Vehicle sale or project changes

• Financial circumstances

• Installation delays

Once an order is placed, it is considered a confirmed commitment, and the product may be:

• Entered into production

• Allocated from a supplier

• Reserved or sourced specifically

As a result, these orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed.

Any attempt to dispute or reverse payment does not cancel the order and does not waive the customer’s obligations.

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

• Orders already processed, fulfilled, shipped, or in production cannot be cancelled.

• Approved cancellations are subject to a minimum 15% cancellation fee.

If an order has shipped, it is no longer considered a cancellation and will be treated as a return.

Returns

• New items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

The following are non-returnable:

• Special order items

• Built-to-order items

• Used items

• Final sale items

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Chargebacks, Disputes & Payment Reversals

By placing an order, the customer agrees to contact Peter’s Car Parts directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

A chargeback:

• Does not cancel an order

• Does not void these Terms

• Does not release the customer from payment obligations

If a chargeback is filed, the customer remains responsible for:

• Full purchase amount

• Shipping costs

• Restocking fees

• Cancellation fees

• Return shipping costs

• Any collection or legal costs to the fullest extent permitted by law

If merchandise has been delivered:

• All items must be returned in unused condition before any resolution is considered

• Failure to return items may be treated as non-payment for goods received

Peter’s Car Parts reserves the right to pursue recovery and refuse future service.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Brokerage fees

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refused shipments may result in additional fees and loss of original shipping costs.

Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit Cards

• Affirm

• Amazon Pay

• Bank Transfers

All orders must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are subject to change due to exchange rates, supplier pricing, and shipping costs.

Warranty

All warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer.

Peter’s Car Parts does not process or facilitate warranty claims and is not responsible for:

• Product defects

• Installation errors

• Failures of any kind

User Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications related to your order.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Limitation of Liability

Peter’s Car Parts shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of use, revenue, or profit

• Installation or compatibility issues

Final Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

• Agree to all policies outlined above

• Accept all limitations and responsibilities
