Frequently Asked Questions

Will these fit my factory wheel studs?

M12x1.5 is the standard thread pitch for most vehicles. Confirm your stud diameter and pitch before purchase — these are not universal. If your vehicle uses M12x1.75 or a different pitch, these will not thread on.

Can I hand-tighten these all the way, or do I need a socket wrench?

The knurled surface lets you tighten by hand, but you still need a torque wrench to finish at your vehicle's spec. Use the knurl to get initial contact, then socket and torque wrench for final tightening to manufacturer specs.

Do these need any preparation before installation?

Clean your wheel studs of any rust or corrosion before threading on. Aluminum nuts can seize on dirty studs — a quick wipe with a dry cloth prevents most issues. Thread them on smoothly; if resistance increases mid-thread, back off and check alignment.
