Engineered specifically for the BMW XM this upgrade introduces motorsport-inspired carbon fiber detailing while maintaining the refined OEM design language of BMW’s flagship M performance SAV.

Each panel is manufactured using aerospace-grade pre-impregnated (pre-preg) carbon fiber and formed in precision steel tooling to ensure exceptional consistency and fitment. The components are then cured in an autoclave under controlled heat and pressure allowing the carbon fibers to bond evenly while minimizing excess resin. Compared to traditional wet carbon fiber this process results in a finished product that is lighter stronger and visually more precise with a uniform carbon weave pattern throughout.

To withstand the demanding conditions of the engine compartment each piece is finished with a high-temperature UV-resistant gloss clear coat.
