The header outlet diameter determines what fits next in the system. Verify your current downpipe exit size matches this header's collector opening before ordering. If sizes don't align, you'll need adapter piping or a new downpipe.

Will I need gaskets and bolts to install this?

You'll need new header gaskets (cylinder head-to-flange interface) and exhaust manifold bolts if yours are worn or stripped. These are not included — source them separately before install to avoid leaks and stripped threads.

Can I paint this or does it need any prep?

Stainless steel doesn't rust, so paint is purely cosmetic. If you want a finish, light scuffing and high-temp exhaust paint will adhere. Stock stainless will develop heat discoloration and patina over time — that's normal and doesn't affect function.
