Do I need to buy new turbo bolts or will my existing hardware work?

The T4 flange is standard, so your current turbo bolts should thread in. Verify bolt length before final assembly — longer bolts can bottom out on the stainless material. Torque to your turbo manufacturer's spec.

What prep work is needed before installation?

Clean the mounting surface on the head and remove old gasket material completely. Inspect the flange face for debris. Use a fresh gasket rated for high-temperature exhaust — don't reuse the old one.

Do I need to wrap or paint this manifold?

Stainless steel won't rust bare, but heat wrap is optional. Wrap reduces underhood temperatures and protects nearby components from radiant heat. Paint is not required for function or longevity.
