Yes. This hose is designed for barbed fittings and requires standard worm-gear or spring clamps on both ends. Clamps are not included — verify your existing fittings match the 3" ID before ordering.

Can I use this for both coolant and boost lines?

The 3-ply silicone handles both applications. Just make sure your fittings and clamps are rated for your system's pressure and temperature. If you're running high-boost intercooler lines, test-fit first to confirm clearance in your engine bay.

What's the difference between the red and black sides?

The red inner wall makes it easier to see inside the hose during installation and helps you spot blockages. The black exterior protects against UV and looks clean in the bay. Both layers are the same silicone compound — color is visual only.
