Will this work with my current front bumper cover?

This bar mounts behind your existing bumper assembly at the factory attachment points. Your current cover stays in place—this reinforces the structure underneath. Verify the cover isn't damaged before installation so it seats properly against the new bar.

Do I need to remove the bumper to install this?

You'll need bumper access to bolt the bar to the mounting points. Full removal isn't always necessary—depending on your comfort level, you may be able to work from underneath or do a partial pull. Check your service manual for the exact fastener locations and torque specs.

Is this painted or raw?

Comes as bare hard panel. If you want a finished look, you'll need to primer and paint it to match your bumper before install, or leave it unpainted if it won't be visible under your cover.
