Does this header require any welding or cutting to install?

No welding needed. It bolts directly to the factory exhaust manifold ports and connects to your existing exhaust system at the collector outlet. You'll want to confirm collector outlet diameter matches your current piping before ordering.

Will I need gaskets and bolts?

Header gaskets and bolts are sold separately. Use high-temp stainless bolts rated for exhaust applications and copper or graphite header gaskets to prevent leaks at the cylinder head ports.

Can I drive immediately after installation or does the header need to cure?

Drive normally. Stainless headers don't require curing. Start the engine, check for exhaust leaks around the gasket seams, and tighten any loose bolts after the first 20–30 miles of driving.
