Will this radiator work with my current hoses and water pump?

This is an OEM part with factory fittings, so hose connections match the original layout. Your existing hoses will bolt up directly. If they're original to the car and showing age, now's the time to replace them too.

Do I need to drain and refill coolant completely, or can I swap radiators with existing fluid?

You'll want to drain the system before swapping. Once the radiator is in and hoses are secure, refill with fresh coolant. Leaving old fluid in the block risks sediment in your new core.
