Will I need new hardware to bolt this to my catalytic converter?

Standard exhaust clamps and gaskets are all you need—your hardware store or local shop will have them. The cat-back bolts directly to your factory cat with standard fasteners.

Does this require any welding or cutting of my current exhaust?

No welding. You're removing your factory cat-back section entirely and replacing it with this one. If you still have OEM components downstream, you may need to remove them to avoid fitment conflicts.
