PPE Engineering Headers

We have tremendous respect for builders of all types out there.  Nothing is harder to piece together than a good set of exhaust headers and the guys at PPE know what they are doing.  Mandrel bent, TIG welded, and boasting an optional ceramic coating, these headers will help unlock that last bit of juice that you could not get with an exhaust upgrade alone. 

The Description:

The PPE Lexus V8 Headers make a significant increase in flow compared to the stock manifolds. Tube lengths and diameters are increased coming together into a ported 4-1 parallel merge collector. Completely TIG welded construction with thick 16 gauge stainless steel tubing for long-lasting power gains.

These headers are a 4-1 design and feature 1 5/8" runners, a smoothly formed collector with a 2.5" outlet. They are a direct fit to the stock catalytic converters (except SC400). Power gains are 20 who and 20+ ft*lb.

• 3/8" thick head and outlet flanges
• Mandrel bent 16 gauge tubing
• Runners are welded with Silicabronze at the head flange
• Porting at flanges
• Flat sanded head flanges

NOTE for Lexus SC400 (1991 - 2000)

They are NOT a direct fit to the stock catalytic converters and require fabricating new cats or testpipes to fit.
